Signs Your FAAC Access Control Installation Is Failing
These are the five symptoms we hear most often on service calls in Culver City, in order of frequency:
- The keypad beeps but the gate doesn’t move. The keypad is sending a signal, but the receiver or control board isn’t acting on it. This is often a corroded terminal connection between the access control wiring and the main board, especially on gates within a mile or two of Ballona Creek where morning fog leaves moisture in the housings.
